This order is made under section 3AB of the Public Finance Act 1989 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.

1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (Predator Free 2050 Limited) Order 2016.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Schedule 4A of Public Finance Act 1989 amended
In the Public Finance Act 1989, Schedule 4A, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order the item set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, inserts the name Predator Free 2050 Limited into Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989. Adding Predator Free 2050 Limited to Schedule 4A means that, under section 45OA of the Public Finance Act 1989, certain provisions of the Crown Entities Act 2004 apply to the company as if it were a Crown entity company under the Crown Entities Act 2004.
