This order is made under section 3AB(1) of the Public Finance Act 1989—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance.

1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (Schedule 4A) Amendment Order 2025.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 21 February 2025.
3 Principal Act
This order amends the Public Finance Act 1989.
4 Schedule 4A amended
(1)
In Schedule 4A, repeal the item relating to Crown Infrastructure Partners Limited.
(2)
In Schedule 4A, repeal the item relating to Rau Paenga Limited.
(3)
In Schedule 4A, insert in their appropriate alphabetical order the items set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 21 February 2025, amends Schedule 4A of the Public Finance Act 1989.
This order amends Schedule 4A by—
replacing the reference to Crown Infrastructure Partners Limited with National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited to reflect the name change of that company; and
providing that sections 161 to 164 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 (relating to financial powers) apply to National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited; and
replacing the reference to Rau Paenga Limited with Crown Infrastructure Delivery Limited to reflect the name change of that company.
