This order is administered in the Ministry of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Criminal Investigations (Blood Samples) Act 1995, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Criminal Investigations (Blood Samples) Act Commencement Order 1996.
2 Commencement of Criminal Investigations (Blood Samples) Act 1995
The Criminal Investigations (Blood Samples) Act 1995 shall come into force on the 12th day of August 1996.
