Preamble
At Wellington this 20th day of August 2007
Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Land Transport Amendment Act 2005, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Land Transport Amendment Act 2005 Commencement Order 2007.
2 Commencement of specified sections of Land Transport Amendment Act 2005

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
