The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Accident Compensation (Cover for Mental Injury—Indecency Offences) Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the 28th day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Accident Compensation Act 2001 (the principal Act).
4 Schedule 3 amended
(1)
In Schedule 3, before the item relating to section 128B(1) of the Crimes Act 1961, insert:
| 124A | Indecent communication with young person under 16 |
(2)
In Schedule 3, after the item relating to section 131(3) of the Crimes Act 1961, insert:
| 131B | Meeting young person following sexual grooming, etc |
