Trade Marks Amendment Act 2003

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

(1) This Act is the Trade Marks Amendment Act 2003.

(2) In this Act, the Trade Marks Act 2002 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

Section 208(2) of the principal Act is amended by omitting the expression “74”, and substituting the expression “73”.
