4 Section 140A amended (What happens if lessor does not apply to Registrar before motor vehicle sold or disposed of)
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Sentencing Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Sentencing Act 2002 (the principal Act).
4 Section 140A amended (What happens if lessor does not apply to Registrar before motor vehicle sold or disposed of)
In section 140A(5)(b)(i), replace
“less than 1 year”
with“1 year or less”
.
