The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Gambling Amendment Act 2013.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Gambling Act 2003 (the principal Act).
4 Section 286 amended (Bank accounts)

(1) In section 286(2), delete
“only by cheque signed”
.(2) After section 286(2), insert:
“(3) Cash may not be withdrawn from an account referred to in subsections (1) and (2).”
