Pursuant to section 9(1)(f) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Crown Entities (New Zealand Fast Forward Fund Limited) Order 2009.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 24 December 2009.
3 Schedule 2 of Crown Entities Act 2004 amended
Schedule 2 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 is amended by omitting the item relating to New Zealand Fast Forward Fund Limited.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 24 December 2009, removes the name New Zealand Fast Forward Fund Limited from Schedule 2 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 in recognition of the removal of that company from the register under the Companies Act 1993.
