Preamble
At Wellington this 17th day of September 2007
Pursuant to section 8 of the State-Owned Enterprises (AgriQuality Limited and Asure New Zealand Limited) Act 2007, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the State-Owned Enterprises (Asure New Zealand Limited) Order 2007.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 October 2007.
3 Amendment to Acts
The Acts specified in the Schedule are amended in the manner indicated in that schedule.
4 State-Owned Enterprises (Agriquality New Zealand Limited and Asure New Zealand Limited) Order 1998 revoked
The State-Owned Enterprises (Agriquality New Zealand Limited and Asure New Zealand Limited) Order 1998 (SR 1998/322) is revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 October 2007, amends a number of enactments by removing references to the name of a State enterprise (Asure New Zealand Limited) to reflect the amalgamation of that State enterprise with another State enterprise (AgriQuality Limited).
It also revokes the State-Owned Enterprises (Agriquality New Zealand Limited and Asure New Zealand Limited) Order 1998.
