Pursuant to section 2 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title
This order is the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act Commencement Order 2008.
2 Commencement of Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006
The Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 comes into force on 1 August 2008.
