The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008 (the principal Act).
4 Section 14 amended (Disqualified person)
In section 14(2)(e), replace “an offence under sections 217 to 266 of the Crimes Act 1961”
with “a crime involving dishonesty as defined in section 2(1) of the Crimes Act 1961”
.
