Transport (Offence) Order 2004: revoked, on 10 May 2011, by section 99(c) of the Land Transport (Road Safety and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2011 (2011 No 13).

This order is administered by the Ministry of Transport.
Pursuant to section 199C of the Transport Act 1962, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is called the Transport (Offence) Order 2004.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 24 December 2004.
3 Schedule 2A amended
Clause 2 of Schedule 2A of the Transport Act 1962 is amended by adding the following item:
83A Operating vehicle without displaying current evidence of inspection or current certificate of loading

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order adds an offence to the list in Schedule 2A of the Transport Act 1962. Offences on the list can be enforced by parking wardens. The offence added is that of operating a vehicle without displaying current evidence of inspection or a current certificate of loading.
The order comes into force on 24 December 2004.
