Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 4) 2011, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Crimes Amendment Act (No 4) 2011 Commencement Order 2013.
2 Commencement of rest of Crimes Amendment Act (No 4) 2011
Sections 4(2) and 6 of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 4) 2011 come into force on 1 July 2013.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force on 1 July 2013 the rest of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 4) 2011 (the Act), namely, sections 4(2) and 6. The Crimes Amendment Act (No 4) 2011 Commencement Order 2011 brought into force sections 4(1) and 5 of the Act. No other provision of the Act remains to be brought into force. This order is part of a set of commencement orders related to the Criminal Procedure Act Commencement Order 2013.
