The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title

This Act is the Vulnerable Children (Children’s Worker Safety Checking—Indecency Offence) Amendment Act 2015.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the 28th day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Principal Act

This Act amends the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 (the principal Act).

4 Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2, after clause 1(2), insert:
