This order is made under section 51(3)(a) of the Public Service Act 2020 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Public Service (Disestablishment of Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery) Order 2025.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 July 2025.
3 Principal Act
Clause 4 amends the Public Service Act 2020.
4 Schedule 5 amended
In Schedule 5, repeal the item relating to the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 July 2025, amends the Public Service Act 2020 by removing the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery from the list of functional chief executives set out in Schedule 5 of that Act.
