This order is made under section 2(1)(a) of the Oversight of Oranga Tamariki System Act 2022 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

2 Commencement of Oversight of Oranga Tamariki System Act 2022
The Oversight of Oranga Tamariki System Act 2022 comes into force on 1 May 2023.
