An Act to apply a Sum of Money out of the Public Account to the Service of the Year ending the Thirty-first Day of March, One thousand eight hundred and ninety-four.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title.
The Short Title of this Act is “The Imprest Supply Act, 1893 (No. 3).”
2 £258,500 advanced on imprest towards service of year ending 31st March, 1894.
Out of the Public Account there may be issued and applied, by way of imprest, towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirty-first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, in addition to the sums mentioned in the Civil List Act, “The Imprest Supply Act, 1893,”
“The Imprest Supply Act, 1893 (No. 2),”
and other Acts, any sums of money not exceeding in the whole two hundred and fifty thousand pounds, that is to say, two hundred thousand pounds out of the Consolidated Fund and fifty thousand pounds out of the Public Works Fund, and out of the Government Insurance Account any sums of money not exceeding in the whole seven thousand five hundred pounds, and out of the Public Trust Office Account any sums of money not exceeding in the whole one thousand pounds, to be charged in the manner hereafter to be expressed in any Act or Acts passed in this present session of Parliament for appropriating the public revenues of the colony for the year ending the thirty-first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four.
