An Act to amend the Stock Act, 1893.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Stock Act Amendment Act, 1907.

2 Repeal.

Sections forty-eight and forty-nine of the Stock Act, 1893, paragraph (4) of section eight of the Stock Act Amendment Act, 1895, and section nine of the last-mentioned Act, are hereby repealed.
