Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Amendment Regulations 2004

These regulations are administered in the Ministry of Transport.

Pursuant to section 167 and 218 of the Land Transport Act 1998, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

  • Regulation 8 of the principal regulations is revoked.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 2005, amend the Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Regulations 1936. The amendment revokes the regulation that the Land Transport Rule: Heavy Vehicles 2004 (31002) has replaced.
