Preamble
At Wellington this 23rd day of January 2007
Pursuant to section 218 of the Land Transport Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
These regulations are the Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Amendment Regulations 2007.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 March 2007.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Regulations 1936.
4 Regulation 2 revoked
Regulation 2 is revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 March 2007, revoke regulation 2 of the Goods Service Vehicle (Constructional) Regulations 1936 as a consequence of the Land Transport Rule: Heavy-vehicle Brakes 2006 (32015) coming into force.
