Pursuant to the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and, in relation to clause 2, on the advice of the Minister of Justice given on the recommendation of the Securities Commission, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement
(1)
This order may be cited as the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 3) 1988.
(2)
This order shall come into force on 7 November 1988.
2 Act to apply to certain companies
It is hereby declared that the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 shall apply to the companies named in the Schedule.
3 Receivers and managers
Roderick Thomas McKenzie of Palmerston North, Chartered Accountant, and William John Henry Stewart of Napier, Chartered Accountant, are hereby appointed receivers and managers in respect of each company to which this order applies.

This is a consolidation of the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 3) 1988 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
