  • Transport (Breath Tests) Amendment Notice 2002: revoked, on 3 February 2010, pursuant to clause 9 of the Land Transport (Breath Tests) Notice 2009 (SR 2009/386).

  • This notice comes into force on 1 November 2002.

3 Interpretation

  • Clause 2(1) of the principal notice is amended by revoking the definition of Seres, and substituting the following definition:

    “Seres means a Seres Ethylometre model 679T or a Seres Ethylometre model 679ENZ; and includes any device having the trade name ‘Seres’ and associated with the number 679.”
