PURSUANT to section 5 of the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement
(1)
This order may be cited as the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Institutions Order 1997.
(2)
This order comes into force on 1 November 1997.
2 The Nova Trust, Christchurch
Schedule 2 of the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Order (No 2) 1982 (SR 1992/242) is amended by omitting the current item, and substituting the following item:
| Kirk Road, Templeton, Christchurch | All that parcel of land containing 30.5500 hectares or thereabouts, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 65946, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title No 38D/382 (Canterbury Registry). |

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order changes the property that makes up the institution known as the Nova Trust, Christchurch, which is certified under the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Act 1966. The order comes into force on 1 November 1997.
