Pursuant to section 126 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Community Work Centre (Killarney Street (Kaikoura)) Notice 1999.

2 Killarney Street (Kaikoura) Community Work Centre
The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre, to be known as the Killarney Street (Kaikoura) Community Work Centre.

Schedule Killarney Street (Kaikoura) Community Work Centre
Schedule heading: amended, on 30 June 2002, pursuant to section 126(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 (1985 No 120).
All the parcel of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 980 square metres, more or less, being Section 488, Town of Kaikoura, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title 5A/1161 (Marlborough Registry).
