Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 December 1999, Part 1 and the Schedule of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 1999.
Part 1 and the Schedule of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 1999 amend the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to enable the implementation of a number of protocols to the Warsaw Convention relating to international carriage by air.
