These regulations are administered in the Department for Courts.
PURSUANT to section 18(4) of the Administration Act 1969, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
1 Title
-
(1) These regulations are the Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations 2001.
(2) In these regulations, the Administration (Fee) Regulations 19971 are called
“the principal regulations”
.
2 Commencement
-
These regulations come into force on 15 October 2001.
Regulation 2 was amended, as from 29 June 2001, by regulation 3 Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2001 (SR 2001/167) by substituting the expression
“1 October”
for the expression“1 July”
.Regulation 2 was further amended, as from 28 September 2001, by regulation 3 Administration (Fee) Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2001 (SR 2001/291) by substituting the expression
“15 October”
for the expression“1 October”
.
3 Fees payable for certificate of administration
Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by omitting the expression
“$20”
, and substituting the expression“$15”
.
