Pursuant to section 75 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 Amendment Notice 2003.

(2)

In this notice, the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003¹ is called “the principal notice”.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2003.

3 Annual deemed values

Clause 6(a) of the principal notice is amended by—

(a)

inserting, after the word “ribaldo,”, the words “rough skate,” ; and

(b)

omitting the word “skate”, and substituting the words “smooth skate” ; and

(c)

inserting, before the expression “SCH 2”, the expression “JDO 7,”.

4 Schedule 1 amended

(1)

Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended by omitting the following items:

This notice, which comes into force on 30 September 2003, amends the Fisheries (Interim and Annual Deemed Values) Notice 2003 to correct errors and omissions.
