Pursuant to section 144 of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Sales Amendment Regulations 2012.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 October 2012.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Sales Regulations 2003 (the principal regulations).
4 Schedule 3 amended
In Schedule 3, revoke form 3.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 October 2012, make amendments to the Motor Vehicle Sales Regulations 2003 (the principal regulations) that are consequential on the commencement of certain provisions of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. These regulations revoke form 3 in Schedule 3 of the principal regulations.
