These regulations are made under section 45 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Land Transport Management (Apportionment and Refund of Excise Duty and Excise-Equivalent Duty) Amendment Regulations 2022.
2 Commencement
(1)
These regulations, except for regulation 5, come into force on 15 March 2022.

3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Land Transport Management (Apportionment and Refund of Excise Duty and Excise-Equivalent Duty) Regulations 2004.
4 Regulation 6 amended (Rates of refunds)
Replace regulation 6(a) with:

in respect of motor spirits, at the rate of 51.7776 cents per litre:

5 Regulation 6 amended (Rates of refunds)
Replace regulation 6(a) with:

in respect of motor spirits, at the rate of 80.5276 cents per litre:

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Land Transport Management (Apportionment and Refund of Excise Duty and Excise-Equivalent Duty) Amendment Regulations 2022 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
2 Legal status
A consolidation is taken to correctly state, as at its stated date, the law enacted or made by the legislation consolidated and by the amendments. This presumption applies unless the contrary is shown.
