Pursuant to section 45(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Biosecurity (Notifiable Organisms) Order 2010.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Notifiable organisms
The organisms specified in the Schedule are declared to be notifiable organisms.
4 Revocation
The Biosecurity (Notifiable Organisms) Order 2006 (2006/320) is revoked.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, declares certain organisms to be notifiable organisms for the purposes of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
The organisms specified in this order differ from those specified in the Biosecurity (Notifiable Organisms) Order 2006 (2006/320), which is revoked.
