Pursuant to section 26(2) of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Dairy Industry Restructuring (Reallocation of Licences) Order 2007.
2 Commencement
3 Interpretation
In this order, unless the context otherwise requires,—
Act means the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001
Board means the New Zealand Dairy Board.
4 Reallocation of export licence to designated market in Canada
(1)
The licence to export butter to the designated market in Canada, as set out in Schedule 5 of the Act, is reallocated to the Board.
(2)
The reallocated licence period begins on 1 August 2007 and ends on 31 December 2007.
5 Reallocation of export licence to designated market in Dominican Republic
(1)
The licence to export milk powder to the designated market in the Dominican Republic, as set out in Schedule 5 of the Act, is reallocated to the Board.

The reallocated licence period begins on 1 July 2007 and ends on 31 December 2007.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order reallocates export licences to the New Zealand Dairy Board for—
butter to the designated market in Canada, for the period beginning 1 August 2007 and ending 31 December 2007; and
milk powder to the designated market in the Dominican Republic, for the period beginning 1 July 2007 and ending 31 December 2007.
The descriptions of the designated markets are set out in Schedule 5 of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Dairy Industry Restructuring (Reallocation of Licences) Order 2007 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
