“21 Taking of rock lobster prohibited near North Cape light

• No commercial fisher shall take any rock lobster from those waters lying to the north-east of the North Island bounded by a line commencing at the North Cape light (at 34°24.90′S and 173°03.00′E) and proceeding northerly along the 173°03.00′ East meridian of longitude to its intersection with the 34°20.00′ South parallel of latitude; then easterly along that parallel of latitude to its intersection with the 173°09.00′ East meridian of longitude; then southerly along that meridian of longitude to its intersection with the 34°28.00′ South parallel of latitude, then westerly to its intersection with the 173°03.00′ East meridian of longitude; then northerly along that meridian of longitude to the point of commencement at the North Cape light.”
