1 Title
This notice is the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Accredited Employers Framework) Amendment Notice 2008.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 1 April 2008.
3 Principal notice amended
This notice amends the Framework for the Accredited Employers Programme.
4 Premium (Partnership Discount Plan)
Paragraph 6.5 is amended by omitting
“4.2%”
and substituting“4.6%”
.
5 Premium (Full Self Cover Plan)
Paragraph 9.5 is amended by omitting
“4.2%”
and substituting“4.6%”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 1 April 2008, amends the Framework for the Accredited Employers Programme by increasing the maximum administration fee from 4.2% to 4.6% of the premium that would otherwise be payable.
