  • This notice is the Penal Institutions (Dunedin Prison) Revocation Notice 2010.

2 Commencement

  • This notice takes effect from 15 July 2010.

3 Revocation

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 15 July 2010, is made under section 32 of the Corrections Act 2004. It revokes a notice relating to Dunedin Prison, because that prison is no longer operating.

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.

Date of notification in Gazette: 15 July 2010.
