  • This notice is the Community Work Centre (Broadway (Stratford)) Revocation Notice 2010.

  • This notice takes effect from 6 August 2010.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 6 August 2010, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It revokes a notice that declared land in Stratford to be a community work centre, because that centre is no longer operating and Stratford is being serviced from a community work centre in Hawera.

Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.

Date of notification in Gazette: 5 August 2010.
