These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Transport.
Pursuant to section 100 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Civil Aviation (Offences) Amendment Regulations 2010.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 October 2010.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Civil Aviation (Offences) Regulations 2006.
4 Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by—

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 October 2010, amend the Civil Aviation (Offences) Regulations 2006. The amendments are required to provide penalties for civil aviation rules that have been signed since the regulations came into force on 1 August 2006.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Civil Aviation (Offences) Amendment Regulations 2010 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
2 Legal status
