Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 296E of the Fisheries Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General makes the following order acting—
(a) on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b) on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture agreed to, by notice in writing, by The New Zealand Seafood Industry Council Limited.

1 Title
This order is the Fisheries (Transfer of Functions, Duties, and Powers to The New Zealand Seafood Industry Council Limited) Amendment Order 2010.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 16 December 2010.
3 Principal order amended
4 Schedule 1 amended
Part 3 of Schedule 1 is amended by revoking paragraph (18)(b).
5 Schedule 2 amended
Schedule 2 is amended by revoking paragraph (a).
