Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Transport Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Land Transport (Assessment Centre and Accident Report Fees) Amendment Regulations 2010.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 21 January 2011.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Land Transport (Assessment Centre and Accident Report Fees) Regulations 1998.
4 Fees
Regulation 2(1) is amended by omitting
“$710”
and substituting“$726”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 21 January 2011, amend regulation 2(1) of the Land Transport (Assessment Centre and Accident Report Fees) Regulations 1998. The amendment increases the assessment centre fee from $710 to $726.
