1 Title
This notice is the Community Work Centre (McIndoe Place (Richmond, Nelson)) Notice 2010.
2 Commencement
This notice takes effect from 16 December 2010.
3 McIndoe Place (Richmond, Nelson) Community Work Centre
The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the McIndoe Place (Richmond, Nelson) Community Work Centre.

All that parcel of land in the Nelson Land Registration District containing 708 square metres more or less being Part Lot 2, Deposited Plan 3066 and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register NL1A/1327.
