Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1 Title
This notice is the Community Work Centre (Ensors Road (Christchurch)) Notice 2010.
2 Commencement
This notice takes effect from 16 December 2010.
3 Ensors Road (Christchurch) Community Work Centre
The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Ensors Road (Christchurch) Community Work Centre.

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District containing 2 982 square metres more or less being Section 1, Survey Office Plan 408988 and being all the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 493418.
