Pursuant to section 68 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Biosecurity (National Bovine Tuberculosis Pest Management Strategy) Amendment Order (No 2) 2011.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the date on which it is notified in the Gazette.
3 Principal order amended
This order amends the Biosecurity (National Bovine Tuberculosis Pest Management Strategy) Order 1998.
4 Interpretation
The definition of cattle in clause 2(1) is amended by omitting
“artiodactyla Bovidae”
and substituting“family Bovidae, subfamily Bovinae”
.
