Pursuant to section 116(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Limited Partnerships Amendment Regulations 2012.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 August 2012.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Limited Partnerships Regulations 2008 (the principal regulations).
4 Regulation 11 amended (Fees)
In regulation 11(1), replace
“$270”
with“$250”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 August 2012, amend the Limited Partnerships Regulations 2008 to decrease the fee for an application for the registration of a limited partnership or an overseas limited partnership from $270 to $250 (inclusive of goods and services tax).
