Pursuant to section 60 of the International War Crimes Tribunals Act 1995, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the International War Crimes Tribunals Amendment Regulations 2012.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on I October 2012.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the International War Crimes Tribunals Regulations 1995 (the principal regulations).

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 October 2012, make amendments to the International War Crimes Tribunal Regulations 1995 (the principal regulations) that are consequential on the commencement of certain provisions of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.
These regulations revoke forms 5 and 6 in the Schedule of the principal regulations.
