Pursuant to section 100A of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the High Court Fees Amendment Regulations 2014.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2014.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the High Court Fees Regulations 2013 (the principal regulations).

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2014, amend the High Court Fees Regulations 2013 so that a reduced fee of $200 applies to interlocutory applications made on notice where these relate to a request for issue of a bankruptcy notice or to a creditor's application for adjudication.
