1 Title
This order is the Crown Entities (Crown Irrigation Investments Limited) Order 2013.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 8 August 2013.
3 Schedule 2 of Crown Entities Act 2004 amended
In the Crown Entities Act 2004, Schedule 2, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order the item set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 8 August 2013, adds Crown Irrigation Investments Limited to Schedule 2 of the Crown Entities Act 2004. Adding Crown Irrigation Investments Limited to Schedule 2 makes it a Crown entity company. The order also exempts Crown Irrigation Investments Limited from section 161 of the Crown Entities Act 2004. That section prohibits Crown entities from acquiring certain kinds of securities.
