Pursuant to section 32 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Ombudsmen Act (Schedule 1—Crown Irrigation Investments Limited) Order 2013.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 8 August 2013.
3 Part 2 of Schedule 1 of Ombudsmen Act 1975 amended
In the Ombudsmen Act 1975, Schedule 1, Part 2, insert in its appropriate alphabetical order “Crown Irrigation Investments Limited”.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 8 August 2013, inserts the name Crown Irrigation Investments Limited into Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975. The effect of the order is that, on and after 8 August 2013, both the Ombudsmen Act 1975 and the Official Information Act 1982 will apply to Crown Irrigation Investments Limited.
