This order is made under section 2(1) of the Tribunals Powers and Procedures Legislation Act 2018 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 May 2019, specified provisions of the Tribunals Powers and Procedures Legislation Act 2018. The provisions amend the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 and also revoke related regulations. They provide for forms approved by the chief executive of the Ministry of Justice (after consultation with all Licensing Authorities) rather than forms prescribed by regulations.
