These regulations are made under section 297 of the Fisheries Act 1996 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
Regulations
1 Title
These regulations are the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Amendment Regulations 2021.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 December 2021.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Fisheries (Amateur Fishing) Regulations 2013.
4 Schedule 10A amended
In Schedule 10A, replace the items relating to ordinary paua and yellowfoot paua with:

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations reduce from 6 to 5 the daily limit for ordinary paua and yellowfoot paua in Te Whata Kai o Rakihouia i Te Tai o Marokura—Kaikōura Marine Area. These regulations come into force on 1 December 2021.
