This notice is made by the Minister of Health under section 31(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

1 Title
This notice is the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Amendment Notice 2022.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Principal notice
This notice amends the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 2000.
4 Clause 4 amended (Analysts in charge)

In clause 4(2), replace “Dr Stephen John Cordiner, BSc (Hons), PhD”
with “Matthew Robert Hosking, BSc”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice amends the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 2000 to replace—
the analyst in charge of the laboratory of the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Limited situated at Kenepuru Drive, Porirua; and
the analyst in charge of the laboratory of the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Limited situated at Creyke Road, Ilam, Christchurch.
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
